Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Placement Programme
AFROMEL SA is committed to developing the next generation of professionals through structured Work-Integrated Learning (WIL), graduate development, and community-based project experience.
Our Graduate Development Programme provides students and recent graduates with meaningful workplace exposure across education, project management, communications, marketing, agriculture, creative industries, and community development.
Participants work on real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to initiatives that positively impact schools and communities across South Africa.
This is an opportunity to contribute directly to AFROMEL’s mission and help create 500–1,000 youth employment opportunities.
Employment is a core outcome of AFROMEL’s success as a business. Jobs are created as a direct result of enrolment growth and programme expansion.
With our estimated budget goal (to be secured through funding/investor initiatives), this Pool requires a strong, innovative, and well-structured team to deliver on our objectives effectively.
If this interests you, we would like you on our team as we solidify our 2026 vision.
