Artists' Management

Step 1: Discovery & Onboarding

Artists apply via an online form or are scouted by AFROMEL, an expert in artist management. Shortlisted candidates proceed to audition or interview for selection. Once approved, artists sign a transparent development agreement as part of our comprehensive development program.

Step 2: Development Phase (3–6 Months)

During this phase, artists receive weekly training focused on music skills and business literacy. Biweekly studio sessions are held to work on demo materials, while artist branding sessions and social media audits enhance their online presence. Progress reviews with a personal development advisor ensure each artist's growth is monitored closely.

Step 3: Production Phase

Artists can choose their project path—be it a Single, EP, or Album. The project is co-produced by AFROMEL, utilizing our music production services, with structured timelines to keep everything on track. We also develop marketing assets, like cover art and teaser videos, in-house, while a launch strategy is crafted with the artist's input.

Step 4: Release & Revenue Sharing

The finished project is distributed across all major platforms. Royalties are split 40% for the artist and 60% for AFROMEL, ensuring a fair revenue sharing model. While AFROMEL retains creative rights, the artist remains an integral development partner throughout the process.
