HOW TO REGISTER

Step 1: Visit Our Programs Page
- Go to our website and navigate to the "Program" page. Here, you will find details about our available program.
Step 2: Choose Your Desired Program
- Browse the programs offered and select the one you wish to register for.
Step 3: Download Registration Forms
- Look for a section that provides downloadable registration forms. These may be labeled as " ML. Registration Forms"
Step 4: Download and Print Forms
- Click on the download links to access the registration forms. Save them to your computer or device.
- Print out the forms on standard letter-sized (A4) paper.
Step 5: Fill in Required Information
- Carefully complete all the required fields on the registration forms. Ensure accuracy and legibility.
- Double-check that you have filled in all mandatory information.
Step 6: Gather the Required Documents
- Certified identification.
- Proof of residence.
- Proof of payment.
Step 7: Make Payments
- Review the payment details on the registration forms. Make the required payments using the provided payment methods.
- Please keep proof of payment (receipts, transactions) for your records, to submit when we officially meet for Music Lessons.

Step 8: Submit Your Application
- Once you have filled in the forms and gathered all required documents, submit your application via email to info@afromel.com. MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE HARD COPY WITH YOU.
- Submit the hard copy when we officially meet for Music lessons.
Step 9: Data Capturing and Verification
- Our team will process your application, capturing the data provided on the forms.
- We may also verify your identity and review your submitted documents.
Step 10: Confirmation
- Once your registration is processed and verified, you will receive confirmation of your enrollment in the program via email
