AFROMEL Artist Management Program is a structured, long-term growth pathway designed for artists who are talented but lack resources. We provide professional support and production services at low initial costs, in exchange for a fair share in royalties and future earnings.
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Discovery & Onboarding
- Artists apply via online form or are scouted by AFROMEL.
- Shortlisted candidates audition/interview for selection.
- Once approved, artists sign a transparent development agreement.
Step 2: Development Phase (3–6 Months)
- Weekly training in music skills and business literacy.
- Biweekly studio sessions to work on demo materials.
- Artist branding sessions and social media audits.
- Progress reviews with a personal development advisor.
Step 3: Production Phase
- Artists choose a project path (Single / EP / Album).
- Project co-produced by AFROMEL with structured timelines.
- Marketing assets (cover art, teaser videos, etc.) are developed in-house.
- Launch strategy developed with artist input.
Step 4: Release & Revenue Sharing
- The project is distributed on all major platforms.
- Royalties are split 40% artist / 60% AFROMEL.
- Afromel retains creative rights while the artist remains a development partner.
